She uses various methods, such as throwing bones, burning incense, and chanting, to communicate with the ancestors and spirits.
Gogo Skhotheni is also a successful businesswoman who owns a cosmetic company called Gogo Skhotheni. She produces and sells products that are made with natural ingredients and traditional herbs. Some of her products include car spray, house spray, isiwasho combo, mphepho tea, multipurpose cleaner, and tea for men.
