Early Life

Born in Makwarela, Limpopo Province, South Africa, Brenda Mukwevho’s early passion for the arts led her to attend The National School of the Arts. Subsequently, she pursued her interest in theatre by enrolling at Tshwane University of Technology (Technikon Pretoria).

Transitioning behind the scenes, Brenda ventured into directing, leaving an indelible mark. She directed notable productions such as Rhythm City, beginning her directorial journey in 2013 until its conclusion in 2021. Her directorial prowess extended to various projects including My Perfect Family, Inkaba Urbanbrew, and Muvhango on SABC2.
